Sorry for lately reply.

Regarding price for rent room is 18 K (negotiage)

And we"ve room size : 39 -117 sq.m. (2nd-3rd fl.)

Thanks for the reply. Is this the corner building that is now a Korean dentist? That is the room I am talking about. It is about 3 floors and faces to the direction of Silom Village restaurant. It is not in the main Young Place building.

Can you confirm the price is B18,000 per month for 3 floors? Please clarify. Also I did not see the dentist has people in it so I am thinking it has already shut down so this room is available again
