Hi- i am arkaneh

I need a space for architect office by December or earlier , I require the area of100 sqm. with glass shop front as I wish to relocate my office from Suk.105.

I wonder if you can advise me on the following matters :-

1) Rental per month and izes of rooms available ( plus ofrminus a 100Sqm)

2) Location available( which level?)

3) Terms & conditions of payment and ect.

Regarding price for rent room is 18 K / unit (negotiage)

Now we"ve room size : 39 -117 sq.m. (2nd-3rd fl.)
